Responsibilities

Transaction documentation and due diligence support

Governance review and board process advisory

Drafting shareholder agreements and corporate instruments

Regulatory filings and compliance coordination

Requirements

LLB or LLM with corporate law focus

2–4 years of transactional experience

Attention to detail and commercial awareness

Experience with MCA filings preferred
